Palazzo Del Mare is a sunny Italian quarter on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

The architectural project was inspired by the magnificent palaces of Italy. The 8-storey complex features apartments with views ranging from 49 to 189 sq. m, there is also a cozy restaurant on the ground floor.

Large palm trees are planted along the entire perimeter of the sun-drenched area. On a hot day, plants create cool shade, while a private pool allows residents of the complex to cool off at any time.
